How to Wear / Energise 1 Mukhi Rudraksha

• Best worn as a pendant at the heart centre, or kept in the puja space / altar — can also be worn on a red or white silk thread
• Ideal day to begin wearing or installing: Sunday (Ravivar), within 2 hours of sunrise
• Energise by soaking in Panchamrit (milk, curd, honey, ghee, sugar) for 1 hour; then bathe in clean water
