How to Wear

•     Wear on Monday (Shiva’s day) or Saturday, within 2 hours of sunrise after bathing.
•     Thread on red or black silk thread or set in silver/Panchdhatu as a pendant.
•     Energise by bathing the bead in Panchamrit (milk, curd, honey, ghee, Gangajal); offer at a Shiva or Hanuman temple if possible.
•     Chant ‘Om Hreem Hum Namah’ 108 times or recite Hanuman Chalisa once while holding the bead.
•     Wear around the neck or on the right arm as a bracelet (single bead).
•     Avoid wearing during cremation, non-vegetarian consumption, and intimate relations.
